Close and shake the bag until the fries are evenly coated. Spread the fries out in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy and brown on one side. Turn the fries over using a spatula, and cook for another 30 minutes, or until they are all crispy on the outside and tender inside. Thinner fries may not take as long.cillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-13608405591270168742009-10-08T23:45:00.000-07:002009-10-08T23:49:31.851-07:00happy fridayhave a great weekend my friends ,sorry for the lack of posting ,i have missed everyone,, health and fitness routine is going well i have lost a total of ten poounds so far ,keeping my calories lower and more excercise .. i wanted too thank the nice folks at Pom Wonderful for sending me their great products too try,so yummy ,stop by their site sometime,so many great recipes too try with this amazing product happy weekend friends

http://pomwonderful.com/

check their site out :)cillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-2219271982338881882009-09-24T03:15:00.001-07:002009-09-24T03:15:54.044-07:00sorry for no posts :(i hope to be back to posting soon,i have been a little under the weather have a nice week everyone :)cillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-6630956378940994742009-09-19T02:24:00.000-07:002009-09-19T02:25:21.827-07:00new southern blogStop by everyone and follow along as i share some of my favorite recipes

here is the link ,be sure to follow :)

http://cillassouthernkitchen.blogspot.com/cillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-13922694722233131512009-09-17T23:36:00.001-07:002009-09-17T23:37:16.348-07:00happy fridayStop by sometime and view my southern food blog,
i hope to add new recipes and tips often
have a great weekend ;)

http://cillassouthernkitchen.blogspot.com/cillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-48513794920214765242009-09-15T10:57:00.000-07:002009-09-15T10:58:57.648-07:00menupb smoothie
2 tablespoons pb
1/2 lowfat milk
ice
and small scoop of low fat ice cream
blend and enjoy
sorry for lack of posting ,have been sick but feeling some bettercillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-31799686245677004712009-09-12T12:07:00.000-07:002009-09-12T12:10:10.224-07:00menuEggs in a nest

take the bread and butter it,brown it in a skillett on medium heat, cut a hole in center of bread with biscuit cutter place egg in bread and cook till brown such a yummy easy breakfastcillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-20870846968857197522009-09-10T11:04:00.000-07:002009-09-10T11:05:51.956-07:00menuoatmeal
with one table spoon of pb and a few low sugar chocolate morsels
oh my soo yummy and good for you
have a nice day everyone
more too followcillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5219546340838207929.post-77446568795934278272009-09-08T10:41:00.000-07:002009-09-08T20:30:07.381-07:00menubreakfast
PB smoothie
one tablespoon pb
one spoon of low fat ice cream
water and ice
blend and enjoy soo good
lunch
chicken sandwhich
unsweet tea
dinner egg salad on arnolds sandwhich thin
snack
rye crisp
and a fuji apple
went too the apple orchard in my area today
love that fall is in the air :)cillahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00371211819440844144noreply@blogger.com4
