Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in pumpkin puree, spice and cinnamon. Heat for 40-60 seconds, or until heated through. Stir in raisins. Sweeten with brown sugar if necessary and enjoy.&lt;br /&gt;Stovetop method&lt;br /&gt;Bring milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in oats and cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and spices and stir until heated through. Make a well in the center of flour mixture.&lt;br /&gt;In another bowl, combine egg and milk.&lt;br /&gt;Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until just moistened (batter should be lumpy).&lt;br /&gt;Spoon batter into muffin pan. Spray medium muffin cups with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg whites and oil. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in strawberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Let chicken marinate in this mixture for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Take the chicken from the mixture and coat both sides in panko. tablespoons taco seasoning mix&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a id="ctl00_CenterColumnPlaceHolder_RecipeToolsControl_lnkAddToShoppingListIcon" style="BORDER-TOP-WIDTH: 0px; BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH: 0px; BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH: 0px; BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH: 0px" /&gt;&lt;div&gt;small can Rotel tomatoes and chiles&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;one egg ,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;brown the onions and peppers and mix well into meat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;makes 6 muffins&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br Add the soaked sundried tomatoes last, a few at a time.&lt;br /&gt;Pour nicely over the zucchini “pasta”. great way to do so ,very yummy and you cant even taste the spinach :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;about 1/2 cup baby spinach washed&lt;br /&gt;fruit of your choice i prefer bananna or blueberries&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup purified water&lt;br /&gt; 1 tsp of ground flax&lt;br /&gt;splenda  to your taste&lt;br /&gt;and ice cubes&lt;br /&gt;soo good and healthy for you, i sometime make mine with type='text'>peanut butter fudge</title><content type='html'>Easy peanut butter fudge that is soo good .enjoy :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 1/2 cup unsalted butter (see my comments below)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup natural peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;2 ounces cream cheese, softened&lt;br /&gt; 1 cup granular Splenda or equivalent &lt;a class="DEF" title="" onclick="urchinTracker ('/outgoing/http_www_netrition_com_ezsweetz_html');" href="http://www.netrition.com/ezsweetz.html" target="_BLANK"&gt;liquid Splenda&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 2/3 cup whey protein powder, vanilla flavor, 2 scoops Melt the butter and peanut butter together in the microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes; whisk well. Whisk in the cream cheese until well blended and smooth. Whisk in the Splenda then the whey protein powder and blend well. Line a 7 x 5" baking dish with wax paper or nonstick foil. Spread the fudge mixture in the pan and chill or freeze until set. Cut into 20 squares. Store in the refrigerator or freeze. will have too makea few adjustments,not able to find heavy cream here for some reason&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wild Blackberry and Coconut Ice Milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;14 ounces coconut milk — lite1 cup skim milk3/4 cup splenda1 tablespoon lemon zest1/2 teaspoon rum extract1 cup blackberries — wild, washed and drained&lt;br /&gt;Heat all ingredients on stove top until about 170 degrees or just about to boil. Don’t allow to boil. Press down on the berries to extract juice into the milk and then cool in the refrigerator about 1 hour or more.&lt;br /&gt;Strain out seeds and place milk into an ice cream maker. Follow manufacturers directions. type='text'>sweet and sour green beans</title><content type='html'>these are so of the yummiest green beans ever, you can also replace the sugar in the beans with splenda ,they are great with your favorite meat&lt;br /&gt;i like to prepare mine in a cast iron skillett :)&lt;br /&gt;so delish you will never like any other green beans again&lt;br /&gt;i use the french style green beans from Publix they are 97 cents a bag&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sweet And Sour Green Beans&lt;br /&gt;1/2 package bacon (6 or 7 slices)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;32 ounces french style green beans (or other green beans)&lt;br /&gt;2 T vinegar&lt;br /&gt;2 T sugar /or splenda&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;Cut bacon into one inch segments. Place bacon and onions in skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring often. Remove to plate. Add beans to bacon grease and continue cooking over medium heat until they are to desired tenderness. Add vinegar and sugar. Stir. Add bacon and onions back and let simmer a few minutes, stirring often. MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 134px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_HCtW5n2vx-0/SluhOFVSH-I/AAAAAAAAAFM/siULkKWTJZ4/s200/pudding.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;wanted something for a snack this afternoon&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;and came up with this recipe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Chocolate low carb pudding&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup coconut milk,i use roland lite coconut milk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 egg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;about 3 tablespoons of hershey special dark cocoa power&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I use the Aldi brand it has less carbs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp of vanilla &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;and 4 packets of splenda,adjust the sweetness to your taste&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cook the milk and egg on the stove on medium heat till warm,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;then add the cocoa powder,vanilla ,and splenda&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;continue to cook until desired thickness and let cool in the fridge for several hours&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;then enjoy :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;this made such a sweet chocolate pudding&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; Low carb tuna patties&lt;br /&gt; can tuna&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbs mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbs Parmesan cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbs flax meal&lt;br /&gt;sprinkle of garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;sprinkle of onion powder&lt;br /&gt;dash of salt&lt;br /&gt;Drain tuna, blend all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and form into patties. Fry in oil until brown on edges.&lt;br /&gt;I like to make extra for leftovers. I get 3 nice sized patties out of 1 can of tuna.&lt;br /&gt;For each patty:&lt;br /&gt;calories = 156.3&lt;br /&gt;fat = 8.3 g&lt;br /&gt;protein = 18.7 g&lt;br /&gt;carbs = 1.7 g&lt;br /&gt;fiber = MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 210px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 157px" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_HCtW5n2vx-0/Sks9IibflzI/AAAAAAAAAA4/SIAvvc-GaHc/s320/cauliflowerpotatoes.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;One of my favorite dinner sides dishes is mashed cauliflower,soo cheesy and tasty,makes a great side with some grilled chicken, enjoy everyone :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mashed Cauliflower&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;1 head of cauliflower, chopped&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of chicken stock&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of butter&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, roughly&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tablespoon parsley, minced&lt;br /&gt;1 cup cheddar cheese&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;~Add the cauliflower and chicken stock and bring to a boil on the stove top. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft.&lt;br /&gt;~Drain the cauliflower and add it back to the pot. Add the butter, milk and garlic powder. Mash with a potato masher.
