breakfast
banana smoothie
half banana
1 spoon of frozen yougurt
1 tablespoon cocoa power
splenda
blend and enjoy
so yummy and thick even without ice
Lunch
arnolds sandwhich thin
with roast beef n cheddar
water
snack
peach smoothie
peach yogurt
ice and coconut milk
blended
dinner small pork chop and
side of whole wheat pasta salad
dessert small banana cookie
love them :)
Have a great night everyone
excercise today
walked one mile with hand weights
