menu

breakfast
PB smoothie
one tablespoon pb
one spoon of low fat ice cream
water and ice
blend and enjoy soo good
lunch
chicken sandwhich
unsweet tea
dinner egg salad on arnolds sandwhich thin
snack
rye crisp
and a fuji apple
went too the apple orchard in my area today
love that fall is in the air :)
