cocoa green smoothie

breakfast today was another green smoothie,this time i added cocoa power and wow soo delish :)

1/2 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup water/ purified
and bananna
blend well and enjoy

  1. I can't believe you're eating BANANAS on a low carb diet! Have you ever checked out the carbs in a medium banana? One of the very highest fruits in sugar!
