Sharing with you one of my new favorite breakfast smoothies,if you are not able to get a lot of your veggies and fruits in your diet ,this is a great way to do so ,very yummy and you cant even taste the spinach :)
about 1/2 cup baby spinach washed
fruit of your choice i prefer bananna or blueberries
1/2 cup purified water
1 tsp of ground flax
splenda to your taste
and ice cubes
soo good and healthy for you, i sometime make mine with spinach,celery carrot and bananna,just have fun with it

ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of getting added nutrition in shakes and smoothies. Spinach is so smooth and mild tasting when it's raw and blended up. It's perfectly suited for these types of recipes.

I love Green Monsters (green smoothies) and even have gotten my teenage boys to drink them!
