its early here so starting my day simple,
so far a glass of spring water and a cup of lemon tea
more later on :)
breakfast
1/2 cup plain suagar free yogurt
3 strawberries
lunch
cucumber tomato onion salad
2 slices of cantloupe
glass of spring water
lovin the summer veggies :)
Hi Cilla ~ Looks like both of us are up way too early this morning! I actually never went to sleep. Thank You, for the kind comment you left on my Blog. I, too, BELIEVE that I will be well someday. And, you're right...my cats are cuties! I LOVE em to pieces!
ReplyDeleteI have to say that I feel some concern when I see the amount of food you are eating on a daily basis. Or maybe it's the amount you are NOT eating. Hon, you're not taking in many calories. Your food choices are excellent, but it seems drastic to me. Please know that this is coming from someone who dealt with an eating disorder for 17 yrs. I went from 304# down to 98# and it caused so much damage to my body. And, that need to "diet" never goes away. I still fret over my weight about 60 times each day! Seriously, I do.
So don't be offended and just know that I care! You can tell me to get over it, too. : )

thank you jo ,you are soo sweet ,i have actually been adding more calories slowly,just listening to the body more ,i try to eat a lot more veggies in the summer and fruits ,more lighter foods i guess ,and soups,and stews etc in the winter, i hope you get some rest later today :) and thank u again for stopping by,i will continue to keep you and your sweet cats in my prayers,sending you hugs
