try to stay away from cereal as most are loaded with sugar,but when
i find the great Kashi products on sale i must buy :)

1/4 cup oat milk ,never had it until now
make a lovely ,thick shake
1/2 cup spring water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
splenda
a few strawberries
blend and enjoy
soo delish

Raw Spaghetti
2 medium green zuccini, as thick (fat) and straight as possible.
i use a vegetable peeler to give it a paste look ,or you can you a spiral slicer,make a yummy lower carb dish and if you want you can lightly warm it... my new favorite lunch :)
Pasta Sauce
10-12 “sundried” tomatoes, allow to soak for several minutes in warm water to soften.1 large fresh tomato1 large red pepper1-2 stalks of celery1 clove garlic(4-5 fresh basil leaves)
Blend all of the sauce ingredients in a blender or Food Processor. Add the soaked sundried tomatoes last, a few at a time.
Pour nicely over the zucchini “pasta”. Some fresh curly parsley sprinkled over the top adds a nice touch!

cocoa green smoothie
breakfast today was another green smoothie,this time i added cocoa power and wow soo delish :)
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup water/ purified
and bananna
blend well and enjoy

Sharing with you one of my new favorite breakfast smoothies,if you are not able to get a lot of your veggies and fruits in your diet ,this is a great way to do so ,very yummy and you cant even taste the spinach :)
about 1/2 cup baby spinach washed
fruit of your choice i prefer bananna or blueberries
1/2 cup purified water
1 tsp of ground flax
splenda to your taste
and ice cubes
soo good and healthy for you, i sometime make mine with spinach,celery carrot and bananna,just have fun with it

hello everyone
what a crazy past few weeks it has been, my diet plan has been going pretty good ,i have been trying to stick too lower carbs food and lots of excercise .. hope everyone is doing well.stop by soon ;) hoping to post some great recipes over the weekend.Waving a hand too harry ,Sadekat and OCt :)
