menu

loving the green smoothies soo good and healthy for you
breakfast
smoothie
1/2 cup spinach
1 small apple
1/2 cup spring water
and 1 stalk of celery
lots of ice
blend and enjoy
i have noticed amazing energy since drinking smoothies and some weight loss
lunch
avacado
spring water
a little salad green
dinner
fish
sliced tomatoes
spring water
and cocoa cinnamon tea
.hope eveyone is doing great, keep up the great work
